Default NO Vtec, No codes, Bog die,

hi All,.
i have swaped a b16a civic, had no problem,
done the wiring my self, converted to obd1, 3 weeks back my car gave me VSS code, i checked it,, cleaned it and it was gone and the car had vtec again,

As i had a electronic Vss i directly feed it to ECU, I had to install a new setting in the car so i had Disabled the VSS through Crome,

Drove the car it was ok, with no problems,
Then one of my fuel pump got fired, i replaced it, PLus as i have done tthe wiring my self i short lenght the wires, Solded them ,

since then My car Bog like there is no fuel,,when i took it in Vtec renge,
or give instant throttle,

My FP is 40 when ideling the car rev ok,
i didnt check if there is any code, but the check light dosent thrown any while driving,

Hmmm, sounds like a tough one. Maybe it's an issue with your AFR mapping on Crome? Was this a problem before your fuel pump went out?

ok, so much to say, is this a stock engine? why do you have two fuel pumps? why do you have the primary pump feeding into the surge tank that is also the return to the tank?

Yeah, its a Stock,
primary FP is feeding into the surge tank because there is no fuel pump in the tank,

its a normal.carby tank with one out and IN,
I feed the out to a surge tank and fuel is sucked by the FP, from the tank and then this fuel is filled into the second fuel Tank, the perpuse of the Primary Fuel tank and pump is to fill the secondry Tank ,

Putting the return in it, Is to keep it full all the time,

when the tank get full the fuel going back to the FUEL Tank,

You should rethink your fuel pump setup. you should not have feed and return in the same surge tank, otherwise you're going to have pump pressure on both sides of the regulator.
