Default ctr head/b20 or gsr

im debating wether going with a ctr head and b20 engine with ctr tranny or going with the gsr swap. please give me your thoughts on this. thanks
o and if any body knows where i can get an of these let me know.

man a ctr head with that b20 would be a killer my friend who has a b20/b16 head is ******* fast it take me and my friend , I have a gsr swap and my friend a 97itr

would it also be cheaper to get the ctr/b20 then the gsr?

What are you goals? Reliability? Turbo? NA? 200 whp 300 whp. To many factors. I can tell you that a b20z with a ctr head and cams would be pretty leathal. I had a b20z with civic sir head and it put down 180whp on a mustang dyno. that thing was fast in my gutted little hatch back.

buy a complete ctr motor and then swap the shortblock for a b20. try hmotorsonline, and n1 concepts

probably cheaper and just as much (maybe more) power if you just get a B16A head and have it ported and use CTR/ITR cams. I don't see the point in putting a CTR or ITR head on anything other than a stock CTR or ITR. It's just a B16A head with a little porting and different cams

its my car that i drive everyday so i need to be somewhat reliable. i would prob turbo in it down the line but not anytime soon.

b20z +84 mm high comp pistons 180$ a set

= ownszzz

over any gsr/itr

I have a gsr but I would love to trade it for a b20/vtec setup
