Default Looking for 200 WHP

I have done quite a bit of research on the turbo issue. This will also be my first setup, and I therefore am a noob at this so bear with me. I am looking for a turbo to support my needs for 200 to 220 WHP on a stock d16z6 block, I have located a manifold I like and have selected the Spoolin Perfomance Log Mani for a D series it's externally gated, and comes with a tial 38 mm wastegate. The turbine bolt pattern is either 4 or 5 which i am also unsure of. What turbos am I looking for that fit my setup?

Thanks beforehand

pretty much any T3, or go with a DSM turbo and weld the flapper shut to use the external gate (what i did with my T25). DSM t25 or 14b will get you your 200wheel.

With instant spool, and outrageous tourque to boot.

Yeah a T3 .42/.48 will be perfect for 200whp. A T3 .60/.48 which is what I am using will also be good, but will give you a little more headroom in case you want more power. If 300+whp is something you might want then think about the T3/T04E .50 trim or a ballbearing GT28R/RS.

Yeah I may want more power in the late future. But not till 2007 or so the t3 50 trim .42 .48 was what I had been looking at and was reccomended in another forum. I just wanted to get some answers from someone thats already had the experience with the turbo.

Also, what intercooler?, and what size is reccomended for my setup? I know it doesnt have to be big because im not pushing an insane amount of HP but I want quality. No Ebay junk.

as for a size, I think something around 30lx6hx2.5w(give or take on the length and width) would be fine(most around that size claim to be good to 250-350whp). For that amount of hp you definatly won't need a huge *** supra IC or something. As for a brand I can't reccomend nor trash any at the moment because I'm pretty much in the same boat as you (got some parts figured out/already have them, just trying to figure else what else it needs to be good/reliable), although I have heard that SOME of the ebay ones are good quality
