Who rebuilds turbos

want to get my SC-61 rebuild cause i lost oil press is the motor so the shaft is kinda siezed. i can still move it but its hard to do. any1 have any idea how much or who can do it.??

is that w/ the same turbine whee/shaft and center char from precision?..if it is damn thats cheap..i called precision up to rebuilt my 61 awhile back because the turbine wheel got locked up(dont remember what happen) and the guy at repair ( his named is sam) quote me $628 to repair it and ship back to me...

Ball bearing?? I know regular turbos really are easy to work on. I've done mine, a few times now. Mark your wheels, but you'll likely replace them anyways, so you'll need new ones, thats not cheap to begin with. If you get pre balanced, and the rebuild, good be a piece of cake.
