that 2.5 exaust inch is not gonna be good but once u go for 3 u should hit around 380or 400 at the rubber

 

on 14 psi, id think about 340-360 whp

keep dreaming for 632 on 14 psi with that turbo. its only rated to a max of 580

Strap it to the dyno and find out. Too many variables. Hell I had a setup at one time everyone was positive it would make 300+ on 12 lbs. It made 232 and wouldn't make anymore for a multitude of reasons.

The only way to know is to just strap it down.

im gonna say close to 400whp crank up the boost and make 450. good luck!! sounds like you have a pretty solid setup.
