Default Another HP prediction Q...

I know these topics get old fast but I'm too damn anxious to get my Hondata installed and tuned (looks like it won't be untill the middle/end of next week) So I'm just curious if the HP and tqe #'s in my head are attainable...
My Setup:
Car: 2001 ITR
Motor: b18C5
-9.0 to 1 Arias Pistons on stock rods
-inlinepro blockguard
-Stock head and IM
Turbo setup:
I want to tune it for atleast 16psi hopefully.
-Rev Hard manifold
-Tial WG
-Turbonetics 60-1 HIFI turbo
-2.5" mandrel DP, w/ 3" test pipe and 3" mandrel Cat-back
-Spearco FMIC
-2.5" mandrel bent IC and charge piping
-Joe P MBC
-Fully tuned Hondata w/ 72lb hour injectors, 3 bar map etc...

Thanks for any predictions...I'll get dyno charts ETC. posted as soon as possible.
Mark

displacement is missing ..very important because it can make as much as an 8% increase with the larger bore.

I'll go ahead and predict the setup with 81.5mm bore, @ 16psi, with the head untouched:

331whp @ 8k
218ft-lbs @ 6.2k

id keep it at 81.5mm. someoen just made 647whp with 81.5whp, the extra block thickness is worth it imho.

It depends on your IC ... i dont know hiw big that one is but it looks like its gonna be a restriction, i think you should be able to make 400whp if the IC and fuel system support it.

You're not gonna make 647whp on stock sleeves, and you're not gonna crack a good sleeve even if it's bored to 84mm so why not go big bore. Bigger bore makes power, torque, and spools up a turbo quicker. I must be missing the downside?

I agree, why not go bigger? Is there some downside other than money? Like the old saying says "there is no replacement for displacement". yea, yea, I don't need to hear that more boost will make up for displacement...1.8 with same **** as 2.0...In the end who comes out on top?

Bigger bore makes power, torque, and spools up a turbo quicker. End of story.

the only downside I see to a 84mm bore is margin for error. if something ***** up new sleeves. if you stick to a 82 or 83mm bore you can have a problem then get it bore to larger pistons and you are on the road again with out haveing to install new sleeves again. isnt this true???

Thanks a lot for all the info. The intercooler should not be a restriction at all. It's a Spearco core, 18.5x7x3.5" and has 2.5" inlet and outlets w/ 2.5" manrel bent intercooler and charge piping.
I'm hoping to make atleast 380whp and any torque above 250 would work for me...We'll know the #'s hopefully this coming weekend.
Thanks.
