All B-series axles are interchangeable.

As far as the second question is concerned, I don't know.

Are you asking about Dual core radiator? If so that came in the Del Sol with B16.

I run a SINGLE core OEM Civic radiator on my ITR motor with no issues, so I'm sure you will be fine.

As far as your other question about the axles, cable transmissions use different axles. I think you will want 90-93 Integra axles for that application.

Sorry for the confustion. I believe B-series CABLE axles are different than B-series HYDRO axles. Like i said, I think you will need to go with 90-93 Integra axles.
