hello, i'm a fresh newbie. i just put new axle's in my wife's 95 accord about two weeks ago. well the passenger poped out this morning on the way to work. i took the axle back to advance auto and got a new one. well 5 miles later same thing, pops out. so i go back to advance auto, the guy said maybe i have a bad transmission mount.so i have one on order. has anybody had this problem before? i didn't have this problem untill i put the new axle's in. please help, thank's

 

I'll bet that the parts store is giving you the wrong axle. But of course your original axle is long gone so there is no way to compare them.

do not replace the motor mount for this problem it will be a waste of your money,,,,,,,,those guys don't kow what they are talking about

when you install the axle do you have it all the way snapped in?? is snap ring at the end of axle >>?? as suggested wrong axle,??, AT and 5 sp are different axles

 

thank's to everyone who have who has took the time to reply. i think it is the axle being bad.the car was fine, untill i changed the axle's. they click and clang, but stayed in there..... i will let everyone know what the cure is.. see ya billy

I may have one laying around. but it would be easier to have the whole car.
This only happens in a full lock (tight) turn right?

 

no it came off going down the road straight. i get the transmission mount tomarrow. i gonna switch the axle again as well.
