Are you filling your radiator up, or your overflow? If you are filling your overflow and not your radiator it could just be that the radiator is almost bone dry and all the coolant you put into your overflow is getting sucked into the radiator.

Did you recently do the swap in your car, or have you been driving it around for a while and it just started doing this?

And you cant find a leak or see any drops? Let your car run for a while in your drive way and watch it.. There is no way you are losing 5+ quarts of coolant without it leaking out somewhere.

How long does it take for your coolant to run dry after you fill it back up, and about how much do you usually have to put back into it?

maybe its burning water...but more likely its leaking coolant, if you cant find it letting a professional deal with it would be a good idea.

check the seal on your radiator cap. you might be evaporating coolant out that way.
