I've heard of cars (Hondas and others) having distributor problems that won't start when the humidity is high. That's probably it.

Wait until it is not raining or park the car in the garage. Once the car is running take a spray bottle of water and mist along the top of the plug wires starting from number one and working slowly toward the distributor. We get this a lot at our dealership when it rains. It normally ends up being a cracked distributor cap or a bad plug wire. You will know when you find the problem because the car will studder when the water interrupts the electrical current. Good luck.
