Wait until it is not raining or park the car in the garage. Once the car is running take a spray bottle of water and mist along the top of the plug wires starting from number one and working slowly toward the distributor. We get this a lot at our dealership when it rains. It normally ends up being a cracked distributor cap or a bad plug wire. You will know when you find the problem because the car will studder when the water interrupts the electrical current. Good luck.
