Default car wont start even while push starting

My friend's integra wouldnt start after a week of not being driven. its a 92 ls. We tried to push start it today, the car would turn over, but it wont start. When it's turning over, it is really weak. We are pushing the car fast enough. I asked him if there was enough gas, he said that there was enough for it to start. What could it be? bad spark plugs? not enough fuel? Also, the cars battery is completely dead.

That just might be why it wont start.

try changing the battery, also it could be your fuel relay which is located by your fuse box, when they're bad it wont alow the fuel to go into your motor, happened to me with 2 of my hatches already.

could be the main relay if it was hot outside/ inside of the car.

mine would not start when it was 100+ degrees inside my car cause of the main relay!
