Default "rubbing noise" coming from where the timing belt is

My car seems to be running fine, but i popped the hood and heard a kinda rubbing/whining noise coming from where I think the timing belt is (right side of engine) when I pushed the throttle a little bit. Can someone tell me what this might be?

double check the tension of your timing belt and your alternator belt (since your talking about the right side).. make sure theyre not super tight.
