Default TPS voltage

Can someone measure their TPS voltage when the throttle is closed on their DC2R? I have searched hard on this forum and it seems the ideal range should be 0.45v and 0.5v. I am not so sure on that now after reading a link to http://www.integra.orcon.net.nz/tps

It is mentioned at the bottom of the page that the voltage varies between models. The writer mentioned that his stock voltage was measured at 0.32v. I am trying to solve a fluctuating idle problem. Lastly, how accurate is the voltage when read of my hand held PowerFC commander?

the voltage when closed is 0.45-0.5 wide open is 4.9-5.0 when using any type of system that can read values from sensors they are usally accurate.

99% of unmodified Integra TPS sensors read 0.49 volts exactly at idle.

If I get a reading with slight fluctuation between 0.47v and 0.48v, is it okay?
