How hard is it to pull a B18a1 out of an integra without pulling the axles or transmission? The motor in my integra blew up, cracked sleeves, bent valves, basically the motor went to ****. I have another motor sitting in my backyard waiting to be bolted in but the only problem with my old motor is whoever did the swap (it was a new(er) b18a1 in the integra, not the stock) bent the living **** out of the nuts on the axles where the axle connects to the brake rotor area. Any ideas? I was out there with a crowbar trying to pull the two appart but no luck...any hints or tricks guys? I have all the bolts out from where the tranny and block connect but still no luck, as well as the motor mounts that connect to the motor.... Thanks yall for any help.

So you're saying leave the axle in the brake disc. Unbolt the shocks, and everything else attached to the brake and pull it out that way?

Correct.
And once you have pulled it from the tranny...you can just swing that assembly out of the way.
Let me tell you though, it WOULD be much easier for you to pull engine and tranny out. At least in my experience I have found that is easier.
I know those giant nuts can be a bitch on the knuckles, but with enough PB Blaster and a big enough pipe on a wrench, they will come off. Better yet, if you have a friend w/ and impact wrech, get it.

That's the problem. The indent on the axle nut is beat to living hell. I was out there for a couple hours trying to tap it out of the way to get it so the nut will spin...but no such luck....can i just dropp the whole thing, disconnect the entire brake assembly from the car but leave it with the tranny, leave the tranny bolted up, then just raise my front end enough to slide the block, tranny and brakes out of the way?

You can drop that whole assembly. The upper ball joint needs separated...I'm not sure what else is up there....removing the shock would probably help.
Once that part is free you can pull the axel out and move that whole assembly aside.

Can i leave it all bolted up, drop the whole thing down, tranny, motor, brakes, and shocks all connected. Pull the motor off the tranny, bolt up my new one, lift it back in the car, and bolt up?
