In my 97 civic coupe i had stock d16 with i/h/e with a 75 shot the best i could do was a 15.5. My clutch and tires were horrible so you probably can do better.

 

well, I'm just running a co-worker for a tank of gas! lololololol.... but yeah his car is a D16 with the normal mods like short ram, headers ! pretty much stock

Hell, if he has a stock D16 w/ boltons you'll be fine with a 50 shot. Just make sure to retard your timing from the dizzy if you're not using an EMS.

 

You should win, but make sure you dont blow the welds on your intake.
