Both are great systems. I typically use AEM EMS's for cars that see the track more often. Hondata by far is my pick for a daily driven vehicle.

You can do the research for yourself here:

ya i have done alot of reading on the two but both claim to be the best. im more interested in what people have used, what problems people have had, or what benifits or downfalls either system has. which neither site has. i know that no system will be absolutely perfect. i thought i had my mind made up on the aem, but the local honda tuner here in denver says that though the aem is great he prefers to work with hondata. becuase one he does them in house, they tune faster, and they are less costly. he has done alot of aem and will tune it. thanks for your feedback.

oh and this will be going on a turbo h23 if that helps any

go with whatever your tuner prefers trust me. You can get the best EMS out there but if the tuner cant tune it properly then what the use. The next step if find another tuner that likes and prefers the EMS of your choice.

For a Honda I would stick with Hondata.

Ask VSBB6. He uses AEM.
