Default Rich Running B16 Swap Please Help!

Noob here in desperate need of some tech assistance. A little background, I am a Ford Tech of 5 years and I used to work on Hondas back in the day. Anyways I got a 90 Dx Civic hatch with a jdm b16 that i swapped in. The ecu is a pr3, I have an jdm si injector resistor box. My problem is that when it idles it is just dumping fuel. Its running way too rich and if it persists it will eventually wash the motor out. It has no codes, I am using the 1.5 o2 sensor and one of the jdm o2 sensors that came on the engine. The fuel pressure is 29-32 psi at idle and the fuel return hose is not kinked. The fuel pressure regulator is new and is working properly. There are no vacuum leaks and for the life of me I cannot throw anymore parts at this car! If someone could share some knowledge I would be greatly appreciative and could share some ford info if needed(Diesel,Gasoline,LPG,CNG Technician. Please Help a Newb out. Thanks

Sincerely
Wes Srianekkul

Maybe you have some sticking injectors, Maybe one is stuck open. Also your map sensor may be bad

That I know of this motor doesn't have a map sensor. Hmmm. Pretty sure the injectors aren't sticking because it isn't a specific cylinder, they are all running rich, all plugs are fouled

ok then yes it has a map sensor and I guess it is working, I don't believe you have to change any of the wiring for the map correct? You don't by chance have a vacuum diagram handy do you.. Thanks again for all of you guys help

check your wire harness and see if it is rubbing on any metal;;stay voltage;;
check your throttle cable and adjust.back probe your ecm fuel injection terminal
pulse width mod. if it stay on too long it probally a driver problem such as an ecm
or stray voltage. if stray voltage;;; eliminate circuit one by one .like hook up a
test light in series with the battery and pull out fuse one by one..
