NRG Detatchable Hub with Hub Lock
Hey everyone
I was wondering about the NRG Detatchable Hub with the Hub lock. Are they all a general locking key or are they all made differently? I dont wanna buy one and then someone has a locking hub key and can just take the hub lock off my detachable hub and put their stearing wheel on and drive my car off.
someone please let me know
thanks.

here is mine

IIRC i remember hearing someone say there are 6 different key combinations. this was a while back so im not sure if they came out with more. my friend told me about the rapfix qr locks that come with more key combos after i bought the nrg lock. but overall i think you should be safe.

Are you doing this for security? Cuz there are plenty of "my car got stolen" posts that indicated they were using a steering wheel release. There was just one in the autoX forums.

better than having no secuirity at all. if someone wants your car bad enough they'll get it, period. atleast with layers of secuirity you stand a chance.
