Need a detailed write up on swapping hub / wheel lugs
Currently only have 1 1/2 wheel lugs on my front left hub. Local garage basically said, "Duh, I don't know."
I heard ya' need some special tool to pull the hub- What is it?
Could anyone give me a detailed write up on how to swap in some new wheel lugs?
tried searching, no useful info.

I think you have to press out the hub... but I'm not sure...
as far as studs.. you should be able to hammer them out and get the new ones in... but I'm not positive... OK I checked the manual.. (92-95) and it says you do have to press out the front hub but I've heard of people doing it w/o one.
Also there MIGHT be enough clearance to hammer them out with out removing the hub... but that's not your best option.

remove wheel.
remove brake hose mounting bolts.
remove cliper bracket mounting bolts and hang caliper to one side.
remove 6mm disk mounting screws
remove disk
remove the wheel sensor wire bracket then remove the wheel sensor from the knuckle.
NOTE: do not disconnect the wheel sensor conector
clean dirt/grease off ball joint..
NOTE: use ball joint removers, 28 mm to separate teh ball joints from the susp. or steering arm.
goes into detail how to use their ball joint remover tool....
You have to completely remove the knuckle assembly
after disconnecting the 3 ball joints... you
Pull the knuckle outward and remove it.
NOTE: replace bearing with a new one after re;moval..
Seperate the hub from the knuckle using the special tools and a press...
good luck.. if you didn't get that I can email or file transfer you the manual in pdf.

The the wheel lugs be replaced without hub removal?
Can the old lugs be knocked out with a punch and dead-blow. And, with the new ones can you use a spacer of some sort with the nut to pull the lug through??
Need help!!!! Got only two lugs at the moment
