I'm thinking 12-15 psi

9:1 cp piston 81.5 mm
New oem ring
Eagle rods
Arp main stud and rod
Acl bearing
Same turbo setup
Same tranny ^^
Same psi goal

OR 2nd setup sleeve block 83mm(so I can rebore it when somethiing happen

My goal is 350 up atleast on the setup

You obviously need to do much more research before you ask this question. That being said........I would gusstimate between 320 and 350 whp on either setup. Having forged internals will not make you more power. I personally would not try to make that much power on stock internals and pump gas. Maybe that's just me though. GL.
