Default B16 Crank Mains

Does anyone make an aftermarket set? Is there any point to them? Whats the max HP/RPM achieveable on a stock set? Does ARP make a set of studs for the bottom end and if so are they worth it?

If you search for user Earl he has some good info, on ARP studs. From what i read arp studs require a higher torque rating, which tends to warp the alum. side of the mains. Don't worry as long as you are able to measure the crank bores before and after you might be able to get away with the arp studs. Golden eagle offers main studs that use the same oem torque ratings. In the end there really not needed unless your making crazy power.
