Default clutch problem

well as the title states
im having clutch problems
a frend and i looked at it and realized it wasnt the clutch at all.
he said its most likely the throw out bearing since the clutch isnt disengaging from the transmission
what can i do to fix this?

try bleeding it first. if that doestn work, you might have to pull the tranny out. im guessing its a fck'ed up disc.

i forgot add this. check to see if your clucth master cylinder is leaking.

its not hydraulic (the clutch), so i wouldnt need to check or bleed anything

it struggles to go into gear while the car is off, but it does.
checked it, tightened it, works fine, problem remains

If you think it's your throwout bearing .. you need to take off the trans.

It is part of the clutch assembly, so yeah it could have something to do with it, I'd bank on throw-out bearing.
