Ok now i have searched and found no real solid information on this...Will a header for a b16a fit onto a b16b? Correct me if im wrong but the 16b block is larget than the 16a block so would one need to purchase a header designed for a b18c to bolt up to a 16b? I could be way off in my thinking please let me know.

Which is the same thing the 16a and 16b or the 16b and 18c?

You are contradicting yourself Stealth EK4
but just to verify

b18c's and b16B are the same deck height
basically the b16b uses the same block just a destroked to a 1.6Liter vs 1.8L

b16a's have a shorter deck height so a header built specifically for a b16a will be to short and will not clear the block if used on a b18c or b16b

therefore use a ITR header or GSR header on your b16b. I used both when I had my old b16b so no worries
