02 sensor heater wire ?
car harness side of the O2 connectors, looking into the connector on the open side. (ie plugs not wires)
AB
CD
A=grn/wht - grn - O2 gnd
B=white - white - O2 signal
C=orn/blk - black - heater neg control
D=yel/blk - black - heater pos
(wire colors are for an EG)

actually the 2 black wires on the 02 sensor are both heater wires and the polarity does NOT matter
this is straight from the denso instructions
black - heater
black - heater
white - signal
green - ground
/\ beat me to it

1 would make sense. 41 wouldn't. 1 is the O2 sensor portion which matters which wire is which, 41 is the heater which doesn't.

Isn't low voltage an O2 signal code?

the only O2 CEL I can find that includes "low voltage" is about the O2 signal not the heater. The O2 signal wires are polarity sensitive.
I'm back to my original statement... reversing the heater wires will not result in a CEL.

i recently swapped a b16 sirII into my 92 hatch...have not wired in the 4 wire o2 yet but could i wire the black wires together and run the green and white where ever they are supposed to go?
i just wired my o2 last nite and it is workin fine now...i wired one of the black wires to one the yellow/black wires into the empty plug on the strut tower...the other black wire to the orange/black wire on plug A on the strut tower pass. side...ran the white wire into the stock white one wire on the engine harness...and green to thermostat ground...and everything works great
