i turn on my car and the rpms stay at 500 and go to 1000 and come back down wuts wrong and today i almost choked it was about to sleep...wut is going on...by the way im turbo

 

Sounds like the IAC. If your engine idles too low, the IAC opens up, and tries to set the rpm at 700-800 rpm.

I had a similar problem, and turned out the IAC was choke full of dirt. Worked great after I flushed it out with carb cleaner. Just make sure you idle it right after resetting ECU.

 

Check your idle fuel pressure too... If you're running too much fuel at idle it'll do that too. By too rich, I mean WAY too rich... Normally you could tell by how sluggy the car feels.

 

how do i do that i mean i got the inline msd pump with the vortech fmu plugs are bosch one plug and my vacuum like are all in and it bouces and its got low idle and goes up and down

 

check your fmu, make sure that it is functioning properly. Check for vaccum leaks in hoses.

 

it does that cuz ur car is going from str8 to gay....

 

i tot if ur car sluggish that means ur rings/ringlands gone ???

 

is it cuz i have a blown head gasket

my car did the same thing when i mis shifted.. i agree you should check ur valves.. mine were melted
