vtec engagement problem
I GOT A 99 GSR ON A 93 EG MY VTEC ENGAGES 1ST 2ND GOOD THEN ON THIRD IT HITS AND AFTER LIKE 7K RPM IT GOES AWAY THAN THE CHECK ENGINE GOES ON AND THROWS CODE # 22 VTEC PRESSURE SWITCH THAN IF I TURN THE ENGINE OFF AND ON IT WORKS FINE AGAIN IF I DONT PUSH 1ST GEAR AND 2ND THAN PUT IT IN THIRD THE VTEC KICK IN ALL THE WAY TO 8200 RPM THAN AFTER I DROOPED TO 4TH GEAR IT IS BACK ON AGAIN,,, I HAVE A P06 CHIPPED WITH CROME I ALLREADY TRIED A P28 AND SAME **** HAPPENS SO I ALL READY CANCEL OUT THE ECU... I WAS WONDERIN U KNOW THE OIL PRESSURE WITH UNDER THE VTEC SOLENOID ? SHOULD I GET A 5 VOLT REFERENCE ON ONE SIDE AND GROUND ON THE OTHER? AND DO U KNOW WHAT PIN I THE COPUTER THAT 5 VOLT REFERENCE COME FROMM PLEASE HELP OUT I HATE TAKING PEOPLE OFF THE LINE THAT SMOKED IN THE LONG RUN
