Default vtec problem

need help finding out what wrong my vtec lags in 2nd gear it dont engage until like 7.3 rpm. its only in 2nd gear.

check your oil level or oil pressure...

i have a 90 da with a jdm b16a and running on pr3 ecu. i check the oil, i let it warm up, i know vtec works. the problem only happen when i take 1st gear all the way then into 2nd gear thats when 2nd gear has no vtec until like 7.3 rpm but if i just floor it from second gear vtec engage normally.

check the gasket for vtec solenoid

Check both gasket screens in the vtec solenoid.

Check the oil pressure switch that on the spool valve of the vtec assembly.Check the screens in the vtec assembly gaskets.

all gasket are still good just replace them when i did the swap. how do i check for what code its throwing.
