Default Turbo has no nipple, where to run wastegate vacuum hose?

I'm running a T4 60-1 and Tial 44mm. I've been reading that the correct vacuum would be putting the line on the turbo itself, but mine doesn't have the nipple like my old t3/t04e did.

Where else can I hook up the wastegate vacuum hose to get the correct readings for the wastegate?

my wastegate gets its vac/boost source from the intake manifold.

well wastegates dont really operate on vacuum by i know what you mean.

anyways you can hook up the wastegate anywhere after the turbo. as far as the debate over a "correct reading" i dont think it matters all that much. i dunno im sure someone will come on with a different view on it though.

btw i run my wg off my vacuum mani

hellyeah
I'm building an IHI kit that also made me ask the same question... "Wheres the other nipple" I'll be calling ATP, that's a good looking piece. I was just going to tap the return pipe, but that is just so much more convenient.

Put a barbed fitting in the charge side of your IC plumbing before the t-body. That would give the WG the same reading as the fitting on the compressor housing itself. Or as posted the ATP piece will work too.

I'll be ordering the ATP piece tommorrow!

Also, the side barb is used for the vacuum line right? and the top is used for the boost controller?

top is for electronic boost controller only.

and again can you tell me the reason you guys want a barb on the compressor? how come you dont just tap an existing vacuum source?
