Default Turbo Type R Engine Dyno Tuned 254.9 WHP @ 6.1 PSI

Just got back from the Church Automotive a few hours ago, finally got the 1990 Integra fully dyno tuned on the Hondata S300. BIG thanks goes out to Shwan and Todd @ Church Automotive Tuning for their great effort to get as much power out of the car on the limited amount of boost we had. After a few hours of tuning and messing around with the car, Shwan got the car to put out 254.9 WHP and 184.7 Ft Lbs TQ out of the car. We ran it right off the waste-gate with out any kind of boost controller. The waste-gate is suppose to have a 7 PSI spring on it, we got it to run at 6.1 PSI.

A little history on the car. Its a 1990 with a Type R Engine Swap and a Drag Turbo Kit on it running RC 550cc injectors. It's also running a Hondata S300 on a P28 ECU. Running stock waste-gate spring and nothing else. No other modifications done to the car yet.

In a few weeks, I am sure we will have the car back at Church again to get it tuned since we will change out the waste-gate spring and have a bigger down pipe and complete exhaust system on the car.

Either way, I am very happy with the results of the car. Should have it out at the track next weekend for sure to see what it does.

I'll post the dyno graphs later on this weekend since I don't have it scanned yet.

isnt the church Dyno a dynapack? Just wondering. But those numbers seem really good And it appears as if you have room for improvement since you are changing the Down pipe and exhaust. good luck.

Yes, Church uses a Dynapack Dyno. New Down Pipe and Exhaust system is in the works. Currently the car is only running what the wastegate spring is rated at. A Boost Controller will be added so we can go back and get it dyno tuned again for 9-10 psi of boost on the engine. As for the Turbo Size it self.... I am not 100% sure, I will need to look at it to be able to tell you, all I know is its from Drag.
