I'm done!!! Thank you GroundZero Motorsports. Can we say 400 Club! Dyno inside!
Well guys I finally got my car done and tuned. I was going to have Crescent tune the car, but he's just too far. The car was running way rich and was fouling plugs just at idle. Didn't wanna risk hurting my new engine. GroundZero who I have known for years came highly recommended and they are only 15 minutes away. I didn't know they offered tuning till not too long ago. Well Kenny and the GZ crew hooked me up and tuned the car awesome! Fantastic power, and great customer service. He told me step by step what he was doing and really did a outstanding job on tuning my car.
With only 15-20 miles on the engine we did this! Since I have not gotten my boost controller this was running off the Tial Wastegate Spring which held about 10.5lbs of boost steady. So I am not sure what to say 10 or 11lbs, but anyways they still made some awesome numbers and this is with my 3" High Flow cat installed. Who knows how clogged that sucker is from how rich it was. Also this was on a mustang dyno so if you add about 15 percent onto this run your looking at about 391whp. Just look at the graph, this explains it all.
Ohh yah for all those people that complain about the Max-Rev BOV, the damn thing is awesome!!!! With a little tweaking it sounds Bad-***!
This was all done on 91 Octane Pump Gas. Not sure if the tuning is conservative, but it runs great!!! I think there is more power to be had, especially with that High Flow cat out of the way. But we'll leave that to Ground Zero to answer that question. Also this was done with only 2.5 hours of tuning!!!! No Check Engine Lights, and great idle.
-Lots of time, patience, and the right combo of parts. Took me awhile to put together, but it paid off! Worked my *** off!
Check out that Air Fuel!
RED=Engine RPM
Yellow=Boost Pressure "Steady as you can see"
Fuel Pressure=Purple Line going STRAIGHT LEFT TO RIGHT. "Steady as well"
Thanks Full-Race, Import Builders, Joe Alaniz, Crescent, Earl, Viren, Arturbo and everyone that has helped with my setup.
Engine:
B18c5 2.0 Liter 9:1 Compression
Eagle Rods
880cc Injectors
SC61 with a Full-Race Manifold
PWR Intercooler
3" Exhaust with High Flow Car
2.5 Intercooler Piping
Tial 40mm Wastegate
Max-Rev BOV

going to have to agree 340 is a bit shy of 400 but still nice numbers to a fellow B18C5 boosted

Mustang Dyno guys!!!! Most of you are used to seeing DynoJet Dyno Sheets. There is a 15 percent difference in power.

hehe you just wait till I remove this damn CAT
BTW The Precision SC61 is not with the S Trim. If you look at the 2nd graph you can see the yellow line which monitors boost. You can see that Full Boost is acheived at about 4950-5000k!!
Turbo Specs-SC61 compressor is a 61mm GT40 56 trim in a T04E(60AR) compressor housing. The turbine is a T3 .63AR with a T04 69 Trim turbine wheel.

Hondata!! Idles and drives like stock! Kenny has got some unfinished business with the car I really wanna know how big of a difference there will be if I free up my exhaust a little more. If I am right, you gotta covert the Torque Power rating as well. I should be about 260lbs of torque to the wheels.
"Unsung EM1" Yup Daily on 91 Octane.

Your ECU is OBDII correct?? So are you using a OBDII - OBDI conversion harness and a OBDI ecu?? What else do you need to use Hondata on OBDII ecus?
I'm planning to go this route as well as I've got 98' ITR and I'm trying to decide between this or Apexi PFC

Hondata man, forget the Apexi lol. Yah I have a OBD 2 car, but I run a OBD 1 Ecu. P28 to be exact.
