The most thorough way would be to remove the bulbs and leave the lamp in a dry location until all the moisture is gone. You can also accelerate the process using a hair dryer. Make sure that you check and repair any seals around the lamp which would be responsible for the initial water leakage.

maybe i should get a seal too then... P:JDM didnt have it on the lights
