Default sealing headlights

hey, i saw a post on this a few days back and ive been searchin, but i cant find it, and Ive got some moisture collecting in my headlights and taillights, and i need to seal them up so they don't crack. I remember that someone said something about silcon gel. Can someone help me out with what it is labeled and about how much it is?

I used this stuff called Silicon II. You can probably get it at any hardware store. It is for kitchens and bathrooms but it worked good for my headlight.
