Headlight Assembly
My headlight seal is broken and I keep getting water inside which in turn blows my headlamp out. Anyone know where I can get a headlight assembly?

One thing you can do is put your headlight in the oven on a foiled sheetpan in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (check on it every 5 minutes). Then you can peel the lens off the body (use a disposable pair of oven mits, goodwill is a great place to find them).
Then let it sit in a warm place overnight. In the morning, put them back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes and then put the lens back on the body. Keep them pressed together hard for about 2 minutes, or until the silicone hardens a little bit. Then run a bead of clear RTV silicone around the entire outside edge. Let that dry for a couple hours before touching it, and then overnight to cure.

I recommend my method, that way you get all the water out that's already in there. Sealing it as is will not allow the water to escape.

Is there a seal where the headlamp goes in? I don't remember</TD></TR></TABLE>
No, there's just the removable rubber boot protector that goes over the bulb once it's installed.
Also, what year is your Civic?
