Default Wastegate opening at idle

Well i just got my manifold back after almost 3 weeks and now i finally get it bolted up and the 44MM wastegate is open at idle.
Can anyone explain this to me ? What would cause this?

did you put the fire ring in the wastegate before you put it on?

Sounds right to me. I neglected the fire ring once and mine would open at idle.

Is manifold vacuum being applied to the diaphragm of the wastegate? That could unseat the valve during idle.

the vaccum source is only for the spring to open, even with the vac source diconnected u should not have exhaust comin out from the wastegate.
