Default Can I go boost??

I was informed by a local honda racing shop that it is not recommended to boost an H22 due to the aluminum block. Even low boost on a daily driver (as mine is) is bad unless I sleeve the block. What are your thoughts?

What are you planning on running? If your running more than 10 or so sleeve it, get forged pistons, stronger rods, and as stated above, Tuning is essential
