Default emissions?

hey guys I have a 97 ek with a b20 jdm no crank position sensor so my check engin light is always on I have a ls ecu obd2 so my ? is what would be the easy way out I have to get tested in 3 weeks? and my fums smell to rich and I have a test pipe no cat. can any one help me with my problem

and what if I convert my car to OBD1 so the ecu wont look for the crank position sensor

That wouldn't pass either, if you have to deal with emissions.

OBD1 also has a crank position sensor but it's in the dizzy assembly. (92-95 civic)
