no bottom end
nothing really work with what you got. all your power is always just about going to be highend. torque is non existent with these motors. if you want torque and more low end get a h22.

ahh no. not as, almost as maybe. my friends b20/gsr is a piece of crap maybe because he built it and he is an idiot. it pulls pretty good but does not nearly put down the same numbers. just do a h2b, wait this is where i'm suppose to say yea get the b20 because your making h22 more expensive. naa b20 cool not knockin it just not the same as a h22. i am bias though

I have a question: at what RPM do you think your VTEC is engaging? Are you confusing the IAB with the VTEC?

anything below 5500 seems not to pull as hard as b18b . vtec comes in at what 4400rpm? and iab switches@ 5k? or so right. the gsr screams up top but does not have the same stump pulling torque as my old ls.

ROFL. I honestly never pictured one of these cars attached to a stump.

Which transmission are you running? Does your car have a jump in torque at any point? The GSR VTEC engages at ~4400RPM and is both quiet and not felt. The IAB engages at ~5600RPM and is heard. Overall, the GSR has a pretty flat torque curve.

you know.. all these vtech phone crap jokes are getting really gay, especially if youre not even going to help the guy.
just stop the crap, theyre lame as hell.
Either do an ls/vtec, do the h22 as well as the h2b plate so you can keep everything but the engine b series, or possibly even look into a homemade turbo kit.... Thatd give you a lot of power EVERYWHERE.
