Default weird squeek noise

the closest thing i can relate this noise to is a blow off valve....i very quite but high pitched one. can't hear it all the time and engine temp doesn't matter. it only happens when i shift gears...(keep in mind i don't have a turbo or blow off valve). So im thinking maybe something to do with the clutch???? it doesn't happen when i just let off the gas i have to both let off the gas and disengague the clutch. its just a d15b7 w/ i/h/e. it just started happening recently...can anyone help me out in identifying this?

try downshifting... when you're in 3rd and pull into 2nd. i don't know what transmission you have so i don't know the gearing ratios and what speed to say specifically. if you still get that noise exactly when you down shift. come back...

check you're exhaust brackets are intact, I use to have that problem i was like WTF, turned out i forgot to weld it on so everytime i shifted and started there was a short rattle, (almost a sqeek) also when i rev'd past 4k.

well my transmission is the dx 94 trans...manual....and i don't think it really has anything to do with the transmission. while driving home from work today i was shifting up and down to see if i could pinpoint the spot. i found out w/ the car in neutral i was going maybe 35mph and gave it some gas. (this was with the clutch engaged i didn't think to rev the engine w/ the clutch disenguaged) i heard the "squeek" noise right after i let off the gas. i tried revving and letting off the gas in gear and the noise didn't occur. at least i didn't hear it.. this more or less confuses me more. i hope one of you honda techers have an idea.
