What can I do to get the most power???
well, the Short answer is Nitrous, Turbo, Engine build or a really steep downhill grade somewhere.
The question this statement begs is:
How do I do it so that I've an engine at the end of the day. That, is indeed the question.
Planning, and the understanding that modifications are never performed without (often unanticipated) consequences.
IE: Nitrous. It adds increased stresses to the engine's bottom end; and if applied too excessively, you'd run the risk of having engine bits all over the street behind you.
You're partly there, you asked the question. Now you've got to listen and read up on what others have done (successfully) and plan your course of action.

I'd say do what I will be attempting this summer.Make a homemade turbo setup out of junkyard parts. The t3 turbo out of an 88 thunderbird would work well for your car that will run about $100 from the junk yard make sure it spins freely and doesn't have any shaft play.
Then you'll have to get some bigger injectors from a turbo eclipse of talon or laser. The blue top ones are 450s $50.
I don't think your car has a resistor box on it stock for them though so you will have to find one and wire it into your injectors so you don't fry them. You can just do a search on this to see how it's been covered and recovered like an old billboard.another say $50 bucks
Then you will need charge piping for the turbo $150s for one of those custom charge piping kits of off fleabay.
And you will need and innercooler maybe able to find a junkyard one in good shape turbo saabs have nice inner coolers sometimes $50 buck but a new one will be $150-$$$$ up to you
A blow off valve.the 1g dsms work well I here for low boost.
you'll need some oil lines for the turbo buy those on stealthmode performance.com $100 plus shipping.
Then you will need a chipped ecu like maybe a p28$150-$200 and maybe an obd1 obd2 conversion harness not sure if your car is still odb1.
Then you will need some one to tune it for you after you get it together that will cost $200 our more
Oh and don't forget vacum lines just a few bucks boost gauge to about $100.
Thats just a rough guess on a homemade turbo off the top of my head.I've been researching this for almost 2 months now.So I think I'm somewhat close.

Since you probably don't have the money to plink down on a '06 Accord V6, you're most likely a student and this is THE car that you have available; It's most important that you listen closely to what works... and what doesn't.
One of the main reasons for the expense of this avocation are the times you have to do things twice. The first time because it was the biggest, baddest thing you could think of, and the second time because you realized the first didn't work out.
We've ALL been caught in this loop, and we get better at avoiding it as we go along.
Read everything you can from Honda Tuner magazines, on stuff like specialty engine builds, Transmission selections and all the other stuff that makes this stuff so great. These are all projects that have worked, and have proven themselves.
As to Dmc1 's suggestion: nice project. .... But wait to see how his works out before you entertain doing it yourself
