Misfire, that wont go away???

97 LS b18b (JDM) in a 97 CX hatch using a 97 ls 5 speed ECU (so i was told) p75-AO3.
Im throwing 2 codes that will not go away, one for Manufacturer controlled ignition, the other Secondary O2 Sensor Heater circuit Malfunction.
Right now i have NO CAT, but dont see how that would effect either of my codes? I know it will throw a catalyist or something to that effect, but it has not yet.
Also, my car does have a misfire. At first i thought it was the plugs, so i replaced them along with the wires, cap, rotor and still the same thing. Then i found a injector that was not firing porperly it seemed, replaced that and still the same thing. No idea what cylinder its missing on but you can for sure hear it. The only other things i can think of are my ECU, or that TDC sensor that the JDM motors dont have.
Also im using the CX harness UNCUT

How am i supposed to find the cylinder? It only misses on idle. You cant really hear the miss near the motor, only when your standing by the muffler and it sounds like its farting every time it misses.
If you pull the plug wire, or the injector wire for any cylinder it does the same thing.
And the code is manufacturer controlled ignition or misfire.
Guess i should test my ignitor and coil to see if they are good huh?
