Default intake mani.

I picked up a skunk2 pro series intake manifold, and i am putting a new intake mani. gasket on it for sure,

now my question(s) is/are do i have to replace the throttle body gasket, and when i swap the injectors from the y8 mani to the skunk2 mani should i get new clips?

thank you

im for sure u can use your stock throttle-body . . BUT !! the point is that your getting a after-market intake manifold . . which lets the engine suck in more air . . but how big (mm) is your stock throttle-body ? . . so basically you will be restricting air-flow being able to get inside . . unless a after-market throttle bodie is then equipped to it . .

just as long as the throttle body is smaller than the intake manifold bore, things wouldnt get messy besides the fact that the tb will be the bottle neck. everytime u take off your tb you should get a new gasket for that.

i would suggest porting the tb to match the bore of the intake manifold

If your car is not a EX, then you have the shitty y7 IM, and anything else is a improvement. Get a new TB gasket, i got one offline when i ordered parts from hondaautomotiveparts.com it was like 3 bucks.

you do not "swap" injectors. Take all of em out and the fuel rail. you re-use your fuel rail and fuel injectors. the rail/injectors are bolted on with the bolts on those sticks, and snug into the IM with 4 rubber seals that you coat with oil before installing. I bought new ones only to find the old seals were perfect. So no parts needed really.
