Default Car trouble.

I just put a new stock D15 engine on my 1990 Civic DX and it was missing before. We checked and found out that it was manifold leak so we fix that problem and it's still misses. When i give gas thats where it starts to do it for like a sec. Any idea's?

I have had this problem plenty of times. Once it was my coil, once was a bad plug, once was a bad plug wire, once was a bad rotor. There is so many things it could be.
