Default engine stumbles at 3k?

I did a 94 b18b swap in my 97 civic. I ran 1 month without the primary o2 sensor. Then I got me another o2 sensor for the integra and hooked it up. Now my car idle irradically and stumbles at 3k. I replaced the fuel filter and air filter and I replaced the vaccum hoses and still makes that problem. but when i disconneted the o2 it ran fine again. Any ideas?

Verify the O2 sensor is working properly, NO codes, and make sure all wire connections are good with the O2 sensor.

Unplugged/Defective O2 sensor will cause hesitation/bogging.

see the thing is my car never hesitated with the o2 unplugged but with the o2 plugged in it bogs down like the o2 is leaning out my fuel. Its brand new. I replaced my spark plugs cause i thought that was the problem. I had to switch connectors with my civic plug to an integra plug. but i don't think switching connectors will change the voltage of the o2 will it?
