Vtec pressure sensor problem?

Vtec pressure sensor problem?
so i have this pr3 ecu running my 19 crx hf w/b16a, the ecu is chiped with a mugen like program.
i also have a stock pw0 that i threw in there to see if it would run better (and to pass emissions)and im throwing a code 22? vtec oil pressure? but i dont throw it with my chiped pr3? i figure the virgin ecu is telling the truth an something is up with my chiped pr3 and pressure sensor?
with that being said im haviung a weird problem with my car bogging down kinda stuttering at about 6000rpm and then i starts going again after it has it little fit
any help is appreciated
