This link talks about the baro sensor and what it's for... http://www.hondatech.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=102 , but honestly, I'm not sure where it is or how to test it. To lazy to dig out the manual.

No experience with the baro pressure problem, but most likely your ecu is fine. There's a separate code, 1 i think, if the ecu is bad. If you have access to a free ecu to try, than sure give it a go, but chances are you just have a tps and barometric pressure problem, whatever baro is.

Try resetting the ecu, disconnect the ground and power and leave it for 10 minutes or more.

barometric pressure is a MAP sensor issue. Hondas don't have a seperate baro sensor. It might be that the MAP is reading too high or low or something.

Did you switch the TPS and MAP sensor plugs while doing the swap? They're right next to each other and are the same shape. Check wire colors to make sure they're going to the right places.

Well your gonna wanna test the MAP sensor to see if its bad

youll need a multi meter, When there Is low Pressure in the manifold 5(Hg) there would be 2.4-2.5 volts at the sensor, the higher the Pressure in the manifold the lower the volts get .05 -.06 volts being the lowest at around WOT
