Default Tune for e-cutout?

If you have an e-cutout, would you have to get a separate tune for when you have the cutout open?
What kind of gains do you get from it?

i tune my cars with uberdata, and when i ran open downpipe on my sedan, i had a different chip than when i had the exhaust hooked up. the reason you have to do this is because the powerband will completely change as a result of the turbo spooling at a different rate (different amount of backpressure...or lack there of). peak torque could possibly be in a different place, therefor you would have timing pulled in the wrong place.

one more thing...do you have a wideband and EGT gauge? if you do it would tell you whether or not you need a new tune.
