Default MAP sensor going bad??

well, i just replaced the injectors, and FPR, back to stock,, and now the car is running wierd... its bogging at low RPM's, and idles like crap... checked the code it was throwing, and came ou to be MAP sensor.. so my question is .. what would cause a map to go bad?? bad voltage?? or just a part that wears out and needs to be replaced?? BTW, its a 99 LS in a 99 coupe... ran fine with a B&M FPR,, and H22 injectors... HELP PLEASE!!

yes it's the map sensor. Probobly dirty or has a problem on it. The map sensor calculates how much air pressure goes into your manifold so then it will let the ECU know how much fuel to pour into each cylinder.

you probobly need to replace it and it will work. Really there isn't much to cleaning it.

Is yours on top of the throttle body?
check it out...I have 3 for sale if your interested in a replacement.
