Default EG hatch rear lower control arms comparison: JDM/USDM/Type r and then the front suspension

Situation: I recently acquired a set of full coilovers. Manufacturer (overseas) said they were made for the JDM EG chassis. Naturally, I found out the coilovers will not fit the my USDM LCAs.

I've done a search and found:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=848165:
on the eg chassis they are different. JDM lca's are the same as those found on the itr. The same goes for ef's. They have the '88 style lca wich is the same as the itr lca's.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=252863:
Does the Type R rear lower control arms fit the EG Civic?
Yes, they will fit your EG but you need to get the Type R shocks as well to get them work.

I've come up with a few things I could do:
1. Acquire a pair of JDM eg LCAs
2. Acquire a pair ITR LCAs ::: are the JDM and USDM ones the same?
3. Try my hand at replacing just the bushings where the coilovers connect to ITR or JDM eg bushings.

I'd like to be as cost-effective as possible.

This poses another question: what about the front suspension? Will I have fitment issues with the front as well? JDM vs. USDM eg suspension fitment differences?

Suggestions? Thoughts? Recommendations for places to acquire said parts...
Thanks in advance. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

ok the front suspension to an jdm eg6 is the same as a integra gsr(with exception to the brakes, i beleive they are slightly different.) but the rest is the same, as well as regular civics of that year(with slight differences, like sway bar and spring rate.). now for the rear lca's, they are the same as a usdm itr control arm. they will fit on a eh2(usdm) civic. you can pick them up at a local dealer, online, or if your lucking at a junk yard. hope this helps

The JDM rear LCA's will fit fine, you will have to trim them slightly on the hub side if your still using rear drums. Fronts should bolt right up. I have a set of JDM VisionR struts and springs on all four corners of my EH.

Link to my setup...
