Default compression rings or head gasket?

i have a SiRII B16 with a t3t4 turbonetics setup. did a compression test and its reading, from 1 to 4, 200, 198, 180, 150. the car is puffing blue smoke when i get on it hard and occasionally plumes of white smoke appear. it hasnt overheated but it gets warmer than usual on warm days, like between 50-60. i ordered a 2mm headgasket and headstuds hoping to fix the problem and let me boost it some more. but im afraid its the rings. radiator fluid looks clean and i just did an oil change and it just looked real dirty, and i might be mistaken but it looked like it had dark green streaks as it drained. i am colorblind so who knows. thanks.

Was the car professionally tuned? Sounds like the headgasket or the rings/lands are broke. Do you have to refill the car with coolant often? Take the oil cap and the valve cover off and see if there is a milky looking substance on the underside of the cap and valve cover.. If there is your headgasket is smoked, if not your block is gona need a rebuild.
