i have a turbo b16 and i hooked up a 3 bar nothin but problems please help i searched

i hooked my gm 3 bar up and had my hondata chipped for it and i followed the instructions off the hondata web site and it wont start and if it does it starts for half a second and dies it wont run on the stock map sensor either
please help me thanks
